Kit of Bricks

Our geopolymer concrete bricks are delivered in a variety of shapes and sizes, each with specialized features. These allow for easy interlocking and mounting of mechanical systems, like electrical and plumbing. KindBlocks™

With our versatile brick system, building a sustainable and personalized home has never been easier. Our construction technology uses modular bricks, beams, and panels to build every part of the home structure. Each brick is uniquely designed for a specific purpose, but they can be recombined in countless ways to create custom designs and structures.


Dry Stacked and Surface Bonded

The interlocking bricks are dry-stacked together, removing the need for mortar reducing material and labor costs.

Once in place, our method involves spray-applying a fiber-reinforced geopolymer concrete to both sides of the bricks. This innovative technique reinforces the bricks and eliminates the need for costly and carbon-intensive rebar. The result is a structurally sound and eco-friendly building with superior durability and strength.

Universal Mounting System

Our unique 3D printed molds and flexible brick designs enable us to create custom mounts for any component or mechanical system. This provides endless mounting options, allowing for easy interfacing with mechanical systems and customization to fit any design need.

KindFoam™

On the interior, this mix takes the place of drywall. It can be pigmented, painted, or textured and can include mounting points for hanging wall appliances and decorations. It can even be formed into 3D shaped patterns allowing for truly unique interiors.

On the exterior side, we spray an air and vapor barrier around the entire structure, creating a complete shell without any puncturing holes or breaks. This allows for higher home performance, energy efficiency, and improved interior environmental quality.

Once dry, we spray our proprietary KindFoam™ geopolymer concrete mix which not only provides the insulation of R-8/in but also becomes the exterior siding of the home, protecting it from the elements, fires, and UV. This exterior can also be textured, patterned, pigmented, or painted to allow for maximum flexibility to fit in with the surrounding buildings and community.

Pre-manufactured & Just-In-Time manufacturing

We use our standard library of "vanilla bricks" for the majority of the structure. These are pre-manufactured and delivered to the site or can be made right there on-site, whichever is better suited for that build and location.

Our automated manufacturing process allows for fast production that can happen year-round, as it is not reliant on weather or site restrictions. We utilize Just-In-Time manufacturing techniques to produce materials as needed, eliminating the need for massive inventory space. With our on-site ‘mini-manufacturing facility’ we can replace broken bricks or create needed custom ones on-demand reducing build delays.
